Hello, my name is Lisa Heeney and I am a reflexologist and aromatherapist living just outside Drogheda, Co. Louth.

I have been working as a reflexologist since 2001 and am always impressed at the benefits of reflexology and how well people feel after a treatment - me included!

I added aromatherapy to my skills in 2005 having trained with the Tisserand Institute of Aromatherapy in London.

I have a wealth of experience treating pregnant women and supporting them through their pregnancies with reflexology and aromatherapy.

I have completely fallen in love with face reflexology and facial rejuvenation reflexology having seen their power and their potential to transform how a person looks and feels. In a world where botox and injectibles are increasingly common, I am delighted to be able to offer a more natural and sustainable alternative that positively affects how you look and feel.

Having trained with Ziggie Bergman I also offer the unique face, hand and feet reflexology treatment for menopause to support women through this major change in their lives.

I created the brand AromaBuff, an aromatherapy-focused range of products for men and women, and I am also the author of AromaBump - The Belly Bible for Aromatherapy in Pregnancy.

I teach aromatherapy to midwives so that they can support women in labour, and I also teach community groups how to use aromatherapy for personal use.
